Jiliveo Terms & Conditions — Written clearly and transparently in plain English

1 Definitions & Scope

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jiliveo and all its users. Throughout this document, "jiliveo", "we", and "our platform" refer to the jiliveo.biz website and all services associated with it.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Jiliveo follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Members may be asked to verify their identity in the following situations:

• When a transaction exceeds a specified amount
• If unusual activity is detected on an account
• For withdrawals involving bonuses or large winnings

4 Deposit Rules

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from jiliveo:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• KYC must be completed before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn
• No new withdrawal request can be submitted while one is already being processed
• If suspicious activity is detected, jiliveo may require additional time to review a withdrawal request.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jiliveo offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are kept separate from your cash balance
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period after they are credited; otherwise, they will expire automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts permanently closed.

7 Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage

• Disturbing, threatening, or harassing other players

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Jiliveo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found
• By order of a court or government authority

To close your account at your own request, email support@jiliveo.biz. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure (provided no rule violations are present).

10 Limitation of Liability

Jiliveo accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters or technical failures beyond jiliveo's control

Jiliveo always strives to maintain the highest standard of service, though 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

11 Changes & Updates to Terms

Jiliveo reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of jiliveo after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend visiting this page periodically to stay informed.
